Mud & Spirits 2008 CAGNI Clay Artists Participation Contract
Friday, December 5, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, December 6, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Kootenai County Fairgrounds, Coeur d’Alene
1. The $100 entry fee is for a 10’ x 10’ booth for CAGNI members, $150 for nonmembers. This entry fee is non-refundable once accepted. Space is allocated on a first come, first pay basis until the space is filled. Please see Tim Mosgrove for your space assignment. You are NOT signed up until CAGNI has received your payment.
2. Every clay artist will be responsible to collect their own monies, set up their booth, wrap their merchandise for patrons, etc. There will be NO central checkout this year, and no central VISA, Mastercharge, etc. Each artist is to take care of their own charges.
3. Every clay artist must take part in the set up and take down. CAGNI Members are expected to sign up for a committee. Please we need your help. It takes all of us to make this happen.
4. CAGNI will provide post cards and fliers. Post card invitations will be mailed by CAGNI to all database customers 3-4 weeks prior to sale. It is your responsibility to get addresses to Jan Maiani.
5. Each clay artist is required to donate a pot of at least a $20 value that is ready for sale for our fundraising raffle. This is mandatory as it helps to cover Mud & Spirits expenses and it keeps
booth fees low.
